Fix & Flip Loans

Flex Financial Loan Program provides financing for up to 90% of the purchase price and 100% of renovation costs for rehab projects, capped at 75% of the after-repair value. Additionally, Flex Financial only charges interest on the outstanding balance, excluding the rehab holdback, ensuring you only pay for the funds you actively use.
